Our Commitment to Transparency

The Emerald Welcome Centre is registered as a lobbyist under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015. We are committed to transparency in all our advocacy activities and fully comply with Ireland's lobbying regulations.

Our Lobbying Activities

As part of our mission to support and welcome newcomers to Ireland, we engage in lobbying activities that include:

• Advocating for policies that support integration and inclusion
• Communicating with designated public officials regarding immigration and settlement services
• Providing input on legislation and policies affecting newcomers to Ireland

Compliance with the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015

In accordance with the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015, we:

• Are registered on the official Register of Lobbying (lobbying.ie)
• Submit returns of our lobbying activities every four months as required by law
• Maintain transparent records of our communications with designated public officials
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct for persons carrying on lobbying activities

Return Filing Periods

As required by law, we file returns of our lobbying activities during the following periods:

• January 1 - April 30 (returns due by May 21)
• May 1 - August 31 (returns due by September 21)
• September 1 - December 31 (returns due by January 21)
